At Skinfix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
